Who is responsible

Perfloom is run by Viacheslav Tykhenkyi, who decides how this data is used. Questions and requests go to [email protected].

What we store when you sign up

Your email address, which list you joined (early access or the agency waitlist), how many sites you said you maintain if you joined the agency waitlist, and the date. Nothing else is stored with your signup.

What we use it for, and on what basis

To email you when the plugin's beta opens, to send occasional updates about Perfloom, and, for the agency waitlist, to ask what the agency plan should include. We rely on your consent, given when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to us. We do not sell or share your email.

What this site counts

The page adds one to a daily total for page views and for each signup button. The totals carry no IP address, no cookie and nothing else about you.

Your IP address

To stop automated signups, the server holds your IP address in memory for up to 10 minutes to count requests from the same address. Our application never writes it to the database or to its logs. The services that deliver the page and the API (see below) also see your IP address to do so, and may keep it in their own access logs for a short period under their terms.

Who processes the data for us

Cloudflare serves this page and forwards our email, Railway hosts the server and the database that holds the signups, and Resend delivers our own emails about the list: one when you sign up, and a daily summary with a copy of the whole list as a backup. Those emails arrive in our Google (Gmail) mailbox. All four act on our behalf under their data-processing terms. They are US companies, so the data may be processed outside the European Union.

How long we keep it

Signups are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. When you do, we also delete the backup copies of the list in our mailbox that contain your address; Resend keeps its own copies of sent emails only for a short period under its terms. Technical server logs contain no email and no IP address and are deleted by the hosting provider after a short period.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or receive a copy. Email [email protected] and we will reply within a week. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
